To give you the most accurate proposal, we need to understand the unique demands of your project. Sharing a site plan and elevations is a great starting point. An existing Sketchup model would be even better! We also appreciate snapshots of the site and surrounding buildings.

Once you submit your information, we typically respond within a couple of hours to discuss deadlines and fees.

It's true, time is money, and hitting those crucial deadlines with a top-notch presentation can make all the difference in sealing a contract. Not everyone has the time or staff to do it all themselves, and that's exactly where I come in.

With my background in architecture and over 50 years of experience, I can help you take your concept sketches or incomplete drawings and transform them into a polished, professional presentation. We'll work together to explore materials, colors, massing, and details, ensuring your design is refined before moving on to the final illustration. I'm available to work with you on an hourly fee basis until you're completely satisfied and sign off on the project.

Our Process

If you don't already have one, we'll create a 3D model of your design. This allows us to fine-tune the views and showcase your work in the best possible light.

Everything's digital these days, so sharing files is easy. I'll send you a Dropbox link where you can upload your materials. I'm equipped to work with almost all file formats. The final product you receive will be a high-resolution digital file (300ppi) in .pdf format, making it simple to incorporate into your presentation materials.
